Occupational Therapy
Occupational Therapy supports children to develop skills in activities that are meaningful and important to them, whilst building their confidence and independence.

At Your Therapy Spot, the Occupational Therapist has a special interest in working with neurodiverse children; however also provides therapy to children who do not have a diagnosis.

The Occupational Therapist can assess, provide therapy and consult regarding:

A Speech Pathologist assesses, diagnoses and treats people that need support with speech, language, and/or social communication.

Autism Spectrum Disorder Assessments

Your Therapy Spot, in collaboration with Minds in Motion Psychology, offers comprehensive (dual) Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) Assessments. These ASD assessments include an evaluation of your child’s underlying cognitive skills and standardised questionnaires about your child’s social skills and emotional/behavioural functioning.
Dual assessments are conducted by two accredited clinicians - a Psychologist and a Speech Pathologist.
